 The cottage is entirely self-contained, with its own grass driveway and parking. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a 4ft.6” double bed,
the other has three single 3’ beds.
There is a large bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, washbasin and toilet.Downstairs there are two reception rooms, a comfortable sitting room with three piece suite, T.V., DVD and video, and a dining room with dresser, table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, kettle, toaster and a large larder. There is a washing machine and shared use of a tumble dryer.
Outside is an attractive paved area with flower tubs and table and chairs for eating al fresco. We have a swimming pool in the garden, which our guests are welcome to use between 10 am and 6 pm, this has to be at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times please.
Babysitting can be arranged.
